Leadership is an effort to achieve the members' common goal,
as to strive its best in order to reduce and limit
the chance of failures.
The most important principal of leadership, however, is to not to fall into despair
or hesitate on decisions, especially after tasting bitter failures.
A true leader do not fear failures; it is a proof that
he/she accepted a challenge. A leader is who enjoys encounters, and
discovers a key to success from mistakes.
I, as a leader, am aware of those quailities of leadership. That is why whenever
I get involved in group projects, I volunteer to be a leader and agree to take the blame
if anything goes wrong. By doing so I lessen their fears and concerns of
failures and mistakes, as well as making them to function and fulfill ideas at their best.
These characteristics of mine surely unite the members to work corporately, and that is
why I strongly believe in myself that I have leadership.
