that you possess'. 게다가 200 단어의 짧은 에세이이니까, 굳이 introduction, Conclusion없이 두paragraph만 쓰셔도 되겠습니다.

The most important principal of leadership, however, is to not to fall into despair

이런 종류의 에세이를 쓸때 가장 중요한건 질문에 명확히 대답하는것에 있다고 할수 있습니다. 그외의것들은 모두 부수적인것이죠. 보통 이런 종류의 에세이를 short answer 형식이라 합니다.

하지만 일단 어떤 내용인지를 알기 위해서는 어느정도 문법이 갖춰져야겠죠. 그런 의미에서 문법부터
고쳐보도록 하겠습니다. 문장마다 분석해보도록하죠.

우선, "leadership"은 "effort" 가 될수 없습니다. 이 질문에서 "leadership"은 사람의 quality이며 quality는 "effort" 가 될수 없죠. 여기서 아마 하고 싶으신 말씀이 '리더쉽은 사람들의 공통적인 목표를 이루게해주며, 실패요소를 최대한 줄이는데 최선을 다하게 한다'인것 같은데, 그렇다면 leadership뒤에
"is"말고 좀더 구체적인 verb 가 있어야됩니다. 예를 들어서 문장을 만들자면:

Leadership helps people achieve a common goal, and reduces the chance of failure.

"reduce"와 "limit"은 같은 의미의 단어이므로 하나만 쓰시면 됩니다. 다음문장:

The most important principal of leadership, however, is to not to fall into despair or hesitate on decisions, especially after tasting bitter failures.

여기서 또 한번 "the most important" 와 "principal" 이 겹치므로 하나는 없으셔도 되겠습니다. 그리고
좀더 흐름있게 글 전개를 원하신다면 "however" 전의 쉼표는 있으셔도 무관, 없으셔도 무관합니다. "is to not to fall" 에서는 "to fall" 이라는 verb 하나이니 "to" 하나 빼주시구요, 여기서 "despair" 라는
표현은 너무 칙칙하네요. 그리고 마지막으로 "tasting bitter failures" 라는 표현이 한국어로는 '쓴
결과를 맛본다'는 표현이 되겠지만, 영어로는 좀 생소한 표현이 되겠네요. 그럼 이 문장은:

The principal of leadership however, is to not become discouraged or full of hesitation, especially after experiencing bitter failure.

다음 문장:

A true leader do not fear failures; it is a proof that he/she accepted a challenge.

여기서 일단 "do" 대신 "does"가 맞구요. "it is a proof"중 "a" 없어야 됩니다. 그리고 "he/she"도
좋지만 he라고만 하셔도 무방합니다. 그럼:

A true leader does not fear failure; it is proof that he accepted a challenge.

다음 문장:

A leader is who enjoys encounters, and discovers a key to success from mistakes.

우선 "leader is" 뒤에 someone이 와주거나 "is who"를 아예 없애주시거나 둘중 하나구요, "mistakes"가
여럿이니 "key" 또한 여럿인게 좋겠네요. 그럼:

A leader enjoys encounters, and discovers keys to success from mistakes.

다음 문장:

I, as a leader, am aware of those quailities of leadership.

이번 문장부터 다음 paragraph로 넘어가는게 바람직하겠습니다. "as a leader"는 fluff이네요, 없앱시다.
"leadership"도 quality이기 때문에 "qualities of leadership"은 조금 부자연스럽습니다. characteristics
of leadership이 좋겠지요. 그럼:

I am aware of these qualities of a leader.

다음 문장:

That is why whenever I get involved in group projects, I volunteer to be a leader and agree to take the blame if anything goes wrong.

이 문장은 문법적으로는 문제가 없네요. 다음 문장:

By doing so I lessen their fears and concerns of failures and mistakes, as well as making them to function and fulfill ideas at their best.

다시한번, "fears"나 "concerns"나, "failures"나 "mistakes"나, "function"나 "fulfill"나 둘중 하나만
고르시면 됩니다. 그리고 영어에서는 최선을 다한다고 할때 "at" 보다는 to를 쓰구요. 게다가 "their"도
누구를 뜻하는지 다시 한번 명확히 하도록 하죠. 그럼:

By doing so, I lessen the group's concerns of failure, as well as making them function properly.

다음 문장:

These characteristics of mine surely unite the members to work corporately, and that is
why I strongly believe in myself that I have leadership.

마지막 파트에서의 "in myself"만 지워주시면 괜찮을것 같네요, 그럼:

그럼 다 통합시켜보면:

문법은 어느정도 다듬었으니, 이제 내용면을 살펴봐야겠죠. 내용은 특별히 고쳐드리진 않고 조언만
해드리겠습니다. 내용을 고쳐드리면 더이상 자신의 글이 아니게되기 때문이죠.

일단, 이 글은 첫 질문에 대한 대답을 피하고 있습니다. 'leadership이 뭐냐'는 질문에 대해
'leadership은 이런 상황에 용이하며, leadership이 있을 경우 어떠하다'라고 하고 있죠. 여기서
필요한 대답은 'leadership은 이거다'라는 대답입니다.

두번째 질문에 대한 대답에서 보이는 필자의 quality는 'leadership에 대한 옅은 지식과 책임감'
뿐입니다. '책임감'도 자세히 읽어야만 유추할수 있습니다. 이럴경우엔, 이런 질문에서는 명확히
자신의 강점을 말한뒤 설명하는게 좋습니다. 예를 들어:

I am responsible. I...

전체적으로, '이러이러하면 안된다'라는 문장이 너무 많습니다. 누구든 이런 문장을 읽으면 기분이
안좋아집니다. 이런 문장보다는 '이래이래야 한다'는 문장이 더 좋습니다. 예를 들어:

...reduces the chance of failure.

보다는

...raises the chance of success.

같은 문장이 더 좋다는거죠.

이정도면 기본에서 고급까지 꽤 많은 부분을 언급했네요. 기본적인것은 고쳐졌지만 아무래도 다시 한번
